HustleAI ("we", "us", "our") is operated by MCW MEDIA LTD, a private limited company registered in England & Wales (company number 16340035), with its registered office at 312 Ripponden Road, Oldham, United Kingdom, OL4 2NY. By downloading or using the HustleAI mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
HustleAI helps you discover side-business ideas ("hustles") matched to your personality, skills, available time, and goals — based on a 17-question quiz that scores RIASEC and Big Five dimensions. It then delivers 12-week playbooks of step-by-step actions, scripts, tool recommendations, and pricing guidance for each matched hustle. An AI coach provides real-time guidance within the App.
HustleAI does not provide business, financial, legal, or tax advice. All income figures shown in the App (earnings estimates, median monthly revenue, operator examples) are sourced from publicly available data, operator self-reports, or statistical estimates. They are illustrative only and not a guarantee, promise, or prediction of what you will earn. Individual results depend on your effort, market conditions, execution quality, and many other factors outside our control.
You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. The App is not designed for or directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Users between 13 and the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have parent or guardian consent before using the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store. By completing a purchase you authorize the Apple App Store to charge the payment method on file at the price shown before purchase. Confirmed prices are displayed on the purchase screen before you buy.
Available products:
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings (in the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and no refund is issued for the unused portion of a period.
Refunds: All refund requests for in-app purchases are handled exclusively by Apple per their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. You can request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or through the App Store app. We cannot override Apple's refund decisions.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices at any time. Apple will notify you before any price increase takes effect; continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new price.

The App, all playbook content, design assets, scoring algorithms, and code are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes for as long as your subscription or entitlement is active.
User-generated content — your quiz answers, playbook progress notes, and AI coach messages — remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service described in these Terms.
AI features are opt-in: the App asks for your explicit consent before any data is sent to OpenAI. The AI coach feature sends your messages and relevant playbook context for your selected hustle (such as day, week, pricing tiers, and task descriptions) to our server proxy, which in turn calls OpenAI's API to generate responses. The coach does not send your full quiz profile. Separately, when you open a playbook, your quiz-derived profile (skills, goals, and quiz answers) may be sent to our LLM-backed personalization endpoint (OpenAI via our backend) to tailor the playbook content to you. AI-generated responses may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or hallucinations. They are informational only.
Do not rely on AI coach output for legal, financial, tax, medical, or safety decisions. Always verify important decisions with qualified professionals. The AI coach does not know your specific financial situation, legal jurisdiction, or personal circumstances.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that any specific business outcome will result from following a playbook. Hustle matching is based on self-reported quiz data — it is a guide, not a guarantee.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the App, these Terms, or your use of any feature will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations — in those cases the limitation applies to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England and Wales. If you reside in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, those laws apply and are not affected by this section, and nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice via an in-app banner at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
